Although I am only relatively new to the Champions team I have already been given extensive training that has allowed me to develop basic accounting skills in many facets of the industry.
While continuing to build on the training I enjoy using the support of the rest of the Champions team who can always point me in the right direct.

I joined Champion's as a graduate from uni (over 10 years ago) and have seen the firm grow from only a small number of staff to around 22 now. I think the main thing that differentiates us from other firms is we that we like our juniors to start doing hands on accounting and tax work from their first week.
We have a fully supportive administrative team who attend to most general correspondence, photocopying and other tasks so our accountants can focus on business services and accelerate their careers.
Since I started my career at Champions I have been constantly challenged as I have moved up the ranks and as a Manager I am still being challenged while enjoying myself.
We have a very young culture and everyone is easy going and very approachable. Although I had completed my uni studies before commencing working at Champion's, I did complete my CA program and received plenty of support.

I joined Champions as a cadet straight out of high school and haven't looked back since. Our team at Champions is second to none, every team member is extremely friendly and is always willing to lend a hand or have a chat.
I have found the environment at Champions to be very relaxed, supportive and encouraging - while at the same time offering me challenging and interesting work from a broad variety of clients - this has greatly assisted in my career progression.
The study support received makes the balancing act of work and study just so much easier for me, and I never feel under pressure with the two. I have really enjoyed the many social events we have had since I've worked here, and going out for lunch or a Friday night drink always produces a good time and a few laughs.
