Cadetships - Selection Process

- Our selection process is straight forward. You will complete an Application Form and return this to us with any attachments as indicated on the form.
- If selected, an interview will be arranged with our Practice Manager and a Team Leader.
- If successful you will then be asked to return for a final short interview, meet some of our team members and have a tour of our premises.
- Offer – you will be notified soon after the second interview of your success in being offered a cadetship with Champions.
